Wedding and evening dresses will be created according to the measurements of the client, taking into account your features, buying a dress in our store, you will receive a dress that is right for you. You will avoid a bunch of fittings in bridal salons.

✅ How long will you create my order?

Each order is created individually, depending on the chosen dress, the terms of its tailoring and delivery are formed. Before buying, please write to us and we will agree on the delivery time with you in personal communication, we are flexible in this regard and do our best so that you receive your wedding dress as soon as possible.

✅ Individual and Personalized orders

We accept individual orders for wedding dresses, wedding capes, wedding gloves, veils. We can discuss all individual orders with you in personal communication via mail or please write to us on WhatsApp

✅ Will I receive a dress exactly as in the photo?

You will receive a dress 100% exactly as in the photo, all photos in our store are all designs developed by us, we only sell dresses of our brand, our craftsmen use the fabrics shown in the photo.

✅ Shipping and Delivery time

We ship to USA, Canada, Australia, European Union. The average term of a standard parcel is 15-20 business days. Express delivery 8-10 business days.

✅ Return and Exchange

Individual goods, goods with a discount, returns and exchanges are NOT subject. I can create a new order and send it again with shipping charges. I can replace an order without personalization after I receive it in its original condition. Return of goods to Ukraine is carried out at the expense of the client, the goods must be in their original packaging, the tag must be intact, the goods must be in perfect condition, not torn, not worn, odorless.

✅ Care instructions

Wedding and evening dresses are a delicate product that is created for special occasions, they often use a lot of decorative elements, lace, beads, which are afraid of hard care. We recommend that you use only a light hand wash, or dry clean if it gets dirty. After you received the package, your dress may be a little wrinkled, you need to put it on a hanger and give it a few hours. Never use an iron, as you can burn some element of the dress, you can use a steamer.

✅ Damage and Lost Parcel

If you receive a damaged item or it is lost in transit, I will be very upset, but I will re-create your order and ship it to you or refund your payment Be sure to email me immediately and send a photo of the damaged product

✅ Order with an error

If I made a mistake, I will correct it (I will create a new product and send it to you or refund the payment). If the error is your fault (information is incorrect), I will re-order and send it to you at your expense. Please check the information in the order
